Missing piece(s)
Dear Customer,
We are very sorry that a piece of your new puzzle is missing. If you have a new HEYE Jigsaw puzzle (new product, proven through submitting proof of purchase) with a missing or damaged piece, we will replace it (a bag of pieces of a new puzzle). We DO NOT replace a single missing piece only.
Due to the large number of donated, shared, and yard sale puzzles, is this policy limited to new puzzles and current titles in stock.
This guarantee does not cover puzzles damaged by household accidents or events.
Please send us pictures of your puzzle, copy of the receipt of purchase and the production code.
Kindly note that motifs may be out of stock and we must wait to replenish.
Please make sure that the address you give us is correct and available during daytime. Returned deliveries can not be resend.
All requests will be processed as soon as possible.
