We are very sorry that a piece of your new puzzle is missing. If you have a HEYE Jigsaw puzzle (new product) with a missing or damaged piece, we will replace it with a bag of pieces of the same puzzle. We DO NOT replace a single missing piece only.
Due to the large number of donated, shared, and yard sale puzzles, is this policy limited to new puzzles and current titles in stock.
This guarantee does not cover puzzles damaged by household accidents or events. All requests will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please send us pictures of your puzzle and the puzzle box, copy of the receipt of purchase and the production code (which is on the plastic bag of the puzzle pieces).
Kindly note that motifs may be out of stock and we may need to wait to replenish.
